unfortunatly not!
the b18c manifold has different bolt pattern, there was an atricle endyn did when they fitted an itr manifold on a gsr which also has a different bolt pattern maybe you should refer to them I believe there site is theoldone.com not sure though.
however the b18c1 throttle body fits with ease to your b18b its a direct swap!
