Default B18C

ok guys, i have done a bit more research and i have had a chat with a turbo tech specialist in my area, he suggests i go for the b18c i gave him both swaps and what was all included, he aggre'd the vtec engine would give alot more than the b18b, and it would be better to boost which is what iam after here! il be updating the pistons to forged custom pistons, and alot more upgrades. quick question, on my install i planned i.e b18b i had the idea of using a victorx intake or a skunk2, would i still go about this the same way with the vtec? or would i need a diffrent manifold? or somthing? a bit confused new to the game, thanks alot

What are you looking to get? midrange/overall power or higher top end? If you want the midrange I'd go with the AEBS or something, if you want ultimate top end go with the jg victor x.

Ok, so you want to know which would be better between the skunk2 and victor x for all around power?? I'd say the Skunk 2, like I said before the victor x will actually take away some of the low end and make all the power in the higher rpms...

The honda-tech sponsored marketplace is your friend. You can't beat most of the deals on here. Rogueworks will hook you up big time for your forged internals... LSDMotorsports is also a great company to get tons of other parts...

Or you can just PM me, I'm on ALL DAY literally and I respond pretty quick cuz I do nothing at work... Feel free to hit me up if you have any more questions or need part recommendations...

Do you know how to use the honda-tech instant messanger? I think that'd be easier, I'll send an im to you as well. All you have to do is refresh the page to get the responses.
