i have a 95 ls block b16a head p28 ecu 1995 honda civic cx hatchback 95 transmission what else is there to list

You dont need a harness. you allready have one.

Is your p28 chipped for a LSV?

sounds like all you gotta do is run wires for vtec.

Yea budd, just read up about adding vtec to your car. you will have to run wires to the ecu, but its real simple, just read a few posts about it and you will be set.
