Ok, this is in regards to my suspension install. 97 integra.

Ok, wheels are off and car is up on jackstands. Check.

1. I removed the bolt going through the damper fork connecting it to the control arm.
2. I loosened the pinch bolt holding the shock into the top of the damper fork.
3. I removed the top mounting nuts under the hood.
4. Removed the brake hose bolts.
5. Pull shock out, put new shock in.
6. Hand tighten top mounting nuts under hood.
7. Put bolt through damper fork connecting it to the control arm and lightly tighten.
8. Lightly tighten pinch bolt holding shock into damper fork.
9. Place jack under damper fork and raise until car comes slightly off of the jack stands.
10. Tighten both damper fork bolts to specified torque.
11. Put wheel back on and lower car.
12. Tighten top mounting nuts under hood to correct torque.

I did everything according to my Haynes manual except for removing my stabilizer bar because I could not get the nuts off, my skunk2 instructions didnt even mention it so I didn't feel it was totally necessary.

Once in a while I will hear a knock\clunk sound from somewhere in the front suspension. Does anyone have a clue to what it could be?

 

I have the same problem, but I get that in the front and rear. I've gone over all the bolts and connections to make sure its still good, but have no clue what it is. Maybe its a spring bouncing around on the perch?

 

I can like hear it and slightly feel it. I retorqued everything like twice. My dealership sucks, I'm under warranty yet I have to pay them 50 bucks just to look at it. What suspension setup do you have?

And, did you trim your front bump stop to allow more of a drop? I want to cut mine so I will have full adjustability. My skunk2 instructions says to but it doesnt say exactly how\where to trim.
