lol ok well it sounds like you just having normal install issues because I'm guessing you never done this before

try taking off the 14mm bolt from the upper control arm from the trailing arm, that will give you more flexibility and after you got the bottom bolts started, with some elbow greese put the upper bolt back in(use a jack if needed to raise the trailing arm)

on a side note its usually easier to just start the the bolts in the threads, not tightening them all down one by one, after everything is in place go over all the bolts and tighten them down. doing this will give you more flexibility and less tension making your work earier for you

i know this has nothing to do with your problem but im currently running the same shocks in my car and i dont know if you know this but if you send bilsteen your shocks and springs they will customize the shocks for you. they redo the the gas pressure, shock travel ect. i had them do it on mine and the ride is amazing. just thought id throw my 2 cents in

Let me know how it rides, because I will be buying these soon. Did you buy the regular or the sport?

Sports = ITR
HD = Non-ITR

They don't make HDs for the ITR rear LCA, and they don't make Sports for the non-ITR rear LCA.

sports. dave is right. i made the mistake of ordering the HD's before realizing they wern't for an R. It rides nice and firm. Much better than my blown stockers. I cant make that good of a compairison but the bilsteins do send a bit more bumps through the cabin but they are nice and stiff and handleing has deffinately improved.

Oh, good to know so I don't order the wrong ones. I was worried about them being too firm because I DD my R. One of my stocks is blown and the car rides pretty bad. Thanks for the info.
