Default 98 civic LX rotor change

hey HT

i have a 98 civic LX, its USDM car and i live in the middle east, the engines here are d15z4 or jdm d15b, anyway, i'm going to change the rotor and cap for my d16y7 and i would like to know if these are interchangeable between these engines.

should i also change the cap too?! whats the harm if i kept my current cap?!

and can someone send me a link of how doing it plz

thanks

USDM LX uses D16Y7 engine, distributor cap part #30102-P54-006 (For your reference Bosch Aftermarket Number 03306) and distributor cap part #30103-P08-003 (Bosch Aftermarket Number 04278)
