Default B16 Question Please Help

I have a 99 Civic SI that I am trying to put back to stock condition. Im looking at some swaps and I can get a B16A, B16A1, B16A2 All these are complete swaps that come with everything. But my question is will all three completly work without any wiring issues. Because I did not know if OBD1 or OBD2 would matter or not. I would really like to just get the B16A2.....Any help would be great Thanks

yea it would matter...if you run with the obd1 setup then you will need an obd1 ecu. i would just get the 99 Si motor if i were you and the harness is somewhat different. the obd1 harness has two plugs for the distributor when the obd2 only has one
