I have a 92 hatch and im running into a mess with some electrical issues. My cluster, clock, turn signals and reverse lights are all inop. checked all the fuses, they seem ok checked connections for power and everything has power. Im thinking this is a ground issue but does anyone know if these components share the same ground point? if so does any one know where it is.

 

Carefully double check fuses 15 and 19 under the dash.
