shocks intall HELP

Default shocks intall HELP

ok so im replacing blown shocks on my ek hatch wit oems (from a 97). but the fork is way longer than the control arm iv'e tried hundreds of ways to push up the fork but it doesn't work.
anyone have a solution to this??

Yes. Swap out the forks with the ones that came with your car.
LX/EX/Si/CTR come with a front sway bar and have different LCA's and forks.

yeah thats the thing i am using the stock forks. is it the shocks??

i dont have access to a camera right now...basically the fork is way lower than the control arm. i don't know how else to explain it...

oh.. have someone push down/step down on the control arm, slide the bolt in, and torque it down.

you need to "jack up the fork" with another jack so you can get the bolt in .
