Default help fix some cel codes

trying to get my civic through inspection I throw 2 codes 14 and 19. How do I go about getting these to clear so I can pass inspection.

what year is your civic? is it an automatic? sounds like you need to clean out your idle air control valve, and maybe replace a transmission shifter solenoid or two. does it shift funny? or maybe your torque convertor just never locks up..., i dunno

If you have a manual transmission, then you may incorrectly have an ECU for an automatic transmission.

turns out the p30 is for an auto. I'll have to mod it so it's for manual
