I converted a 1999 Integra from automatic to manual and the car RUNS and DRIVES.
The issue is that this car needs to pass emissions but I have a lot of CELS:

1. P0700
   • - Transmission control system
   • -Transmission control system (malfunction indicator lamp request)
2. P1753
   • -Automatic transmission lockup solenoid
     • A electrical
3. P1758
   • -Automatic transmission lockup solenoid
     • B electrical
4. P0758
   • -Shift solenoid and electrical

How do I get rid of these codes?!
Any help is much appreciated I need this vehicle to get to and from work!

Other Information:

• I bought a Manual ECU
• ABS Codes
  • 14-1
    • Left front wheel speed sensor malfunction.
  • 54-1
    • Fail-safe relay malfunction
  • 81-1
    • Anti-lock brake system control unit malfunction

I do not believe the abs codes are relative I just wanted to share as much information as possible.
I need to figure this out as soon as possible!

Anyone have any input on this?
I still had the interlock relay connected could this have anything to do with this?

Was I sold an automatic ECU?
I have two ECU's:

• 37820-P75-A54
• 37820-P75-A53
