car 96 with d16y7. should the voltages measured at the ecu tps wires match the voltage measured at the tps sensor?

 

nobody knows?

 

do you wanna know if there is a short in the wire or if you have a faulty part? are you throwing a code? if your checking for a short you need a ohm meter and must have continuity between each wire at the tps connector and ecu connector

 

trying to help someone else. he says only code is tps sensor, but tps is calibrated properly and showing correct voltages. he got voltage at the ecu side, but unsure of what voltage to look for. his ecu might be faulty, we arent sure but trying to rule things out and its one of two things left.
