okay heres my problem. i recently swapped a d16y8 in my car (92eg) and i keep getting codes 5 & 14 (map sensor & IACV) so here is what iv changed so far ; 3 diff map sensors, 3 diff IACV's, went from obd1 harness to obd2 , new throttle body, new ECU.
and now im completely out of ideas. i was thinking bout changing the manifold next but im not sure so if anyone has any ideas please let me know

 

Is it possible to incorrectly switch the MAP and IACV connectors? Does the ECU match the engine?

 

did you switch map with tps and iacv with iat sensor ? check color codes on the wires to see if you have the right connectors going to the right sensors
