Just wondering here if I would be wasting my money or not? Any first hand exp.?
thanks.

Just my opinion, but it doesn't look very solid. I can't figure out how that will be bolted to the car. Are those thin metal pieces at the ends supposed to stiffen your chassis? Doesn't look like there is any good spot for jacking up the car either.
I would save up and buy a real one from other proven manufacturers.

I wanna trust me, but If anyone had good exp from these id go with them, not sure how they bolt up and they convienetly have no instructions
They bolt up to the tow hook bolt holes......LOOK at it.....
It's the cheap chinese made version of the old etd bar.....it will 'work' if you keep a
welder around.

Ya I hear ya, but I've seen some ebay products hold up to any other brand. Thanks for the feedback like I said i wanna see some personal exp. with these. I'll end up getting something better but was curious how good they were or werent.
I have the ETD racing traction bar and I had to modify it so it would work. This style of bar only bolts up where the tow hooks go. It's a bad design because the bar will move back and forth no matter how tight the bolts are. The only way to keep the bar from moving would be to have it bolt up from the bottom like the original cross member did. I made mine work by welding plates to the sides that will bolt up from the bottom. I have not broke anything and I have 10,000 miles on it so far. I have used only street tires and no slicks. I will post a picture later when I get home. Hope this helps.

This bar can be made to work. This is what I did. It's not pretty but it works. In the last pic, you can see rust where the paint was rubbed off from when the traction bar was moving. Every time it moved it would pop loud, that's when I knew something was wrong. I would just save my money and buy a better bar. One more thing, this bar hangs pretty low so it would not be good for a dropped car. Hope this helps.
Yeah the bar does hang pretty low but my jdm 4 to 1 header is my lowest point. The bar could be greatly improved with the addition of shouldered bolts to minimize movement.
