Default Can I get some help with 2 codes? 99 DX

Hello!!!!
I have a 1999 D16Y7 5 speed and its currently giving me (2) codes.
One code came on after I installed the header. I think that getting the secondary o2 sensor spacer should solve it but im not too sure.
Anyways, here are the codes:
1) P0132 CKT HIGH VOLTAGE
2) P0505 IDLE CONTROL SYSTEM MALFUNCTION

I was looking on Identifix.com and many people said something about a Vacuum leak for P0505. How would I check for that?
I have a spare IACV off of a 00' HX.

If you clear the codes, do they both repeat after driving the car?

Did you disconnect a vacuum hose and forget to reconnect it?

P0132 indicates a problem with the primary O2 sensor. Did you forget to reconnect it or not connect it tightly? Did you damage the O2 sensor wires?

I dont think I disconnected a vacuum hose. I havent messed with those.

As for the P0132, I put the primary o2 sensor on the runner of the header. Now its only measuring 1/4th the air because it was at the end of the header before. I extended the wires of the secondary o2 sensor though.

A faulty O2 will make your car run rich.

Yeah, focus on the primary O2 sensor. That's where the problem likely lies.
