Don't no know much about ecu
The obd2 ecu is not compatible with Hondata, Crome, eCtune, Neptune or any of the ecu chipping products on the market. You should use an ecu jumper (plug & play) & an obd1 chipped ecu.

may i suggest buying an obd1 ecu from me, a jumper from ebay and youll be set.
I can put the correct basemap onto the ecu.
Once an obd1 ecu is chipped you can use it on almost any honda with the matching jumper and basemap (chip)
currently im selling a few chipped ecus for only 100$ untill i empty some inventory.
let me know if i can be of any help.
no need for hondata either.
