Default GSR Distributor HELP!

hey got a 00 GSR head and im putting it into a 92 civic si hatch. does anyone know what dizzy i could/should use. 0BD1? or 0BD2?, LS?, GSR?, B16?, Type R? really need to know any help appreciated thanks

Your car is OBD1 so you should use a OBD1 distributor or else the plug ins on the distributor wont plug in to your harness. TD-44U is the OEM#

I agree. Use obd1 if you are staying obd1. You could however use an obd2 if you wanted to cut/splice an obd2 connector onto the harness. Not worth it tho. Just stick with obd1. By the way, I hope you aren't planning on just throwing a gsr head on that D Series motor.

just rewire the gsr dizzy to obd1 you just need the plugs and to match the colors, its easy.

Yeah but if someone has to ask this question then he is probably at least somewhat new to this and rewiring the dizzy might not be exactly the most fun thing to do for him. Now to the OP if you do not have a dizzy yet then get obd1 if you already have the obd2 and you feel confident in your wiring abilities then give it a shot.

no i dont have a dizzy yet i just didnt kno if i could put an obd1 dizzy on an obd2 gsr head but thanks ill go with the obd1 and no im not putting it on my single cam lol... and no im not a noob so i wouldnt mind rewiring if i had an OBD2 dizzy but i dont lol thanks guys
