ok well some hater smashed in my rear window and i got it fixed but my defroster doesnt work anymore the clips are plugged in and the fuse is good but nothing.. anyone might know why? thanks..

call the people who replaced the window, this is their problem. they sold you a window with a defrost system built in and something it probably wrong with it.

 

yeah i should go ask that dude but will he replace it or be an *** and say its not his problem? lol

 

Call him and find out, how are we suppose to know what he will say?

+1 on calling the whoever replaced the window for you. Could be a defect in the defroster lines. If anything though, take a DMM (digital multi-meter) and check to see if there's any current or voltage going to the clip.

i wouldnt just call the guy i would go down there in person they are less likely to blow you off when you confront them in person its hell alot easier to hang a phone up than it is to kick someone out of your building and walk away from them

 

well theres not a way i can prove it you know my windows arent gonna get foggy in the sun but ill try when i have time.. what the worse that can happen...

 

um, you can feel the heat when touching them if they are working so fog or not, you can still prove it and the installer would know this. Also, did you test the plug with a multimeter as mentioned above.

yea why not if it worked befor you took it there take it back there and be like look it doesnt work now. it worked fine befor i brought it here. if they say no they wont do nothing be like i'll get legal advice
