Icon6 need help with alarm, relay buzzes

i have a 94 accord ex and this is my problem

I installed my alarm a compustar CM 3300 and i have everything working except for the parking lights. every time it goes to blink i can hear the relay buzz. i thought it was the relay so i replaced it and still the same thing. now the lights do blink but i know that the relay shouldn't be making that noise. i used the connection like listed the RED/BLACK w/SILVER DOTS from the blue plug at the fuse box. now if i bench test the relay with a test light with it unplugged to the wire it clicks like normal. so what am i doing wrong?

ive tried witha relay and than to the brain itself. if it is hooked up to the replay the relay buzzes if it is hooked up to the brain the brain buzzes (i assume it has a builty in relay)

i even put in a diode and it still does it

The Compustar 3300 brains park light output has a built in relay an external one is not needed, try plugging the green/white, [CN1/2] to the park light free pin in the under dash fuse box.
A "buzzing" relay is an indication if low current to the relays coil, either power or ground. 94
