Anybody using megasquirt?
Megasquirt has come a long way since it was first introduced.
The system works, however we have solutions such as Hondata s300, Neptune, eCtune on the market which use a factory ecu & work very well.

I have built over a hundred of them and installed more then a dozen. It's great for cars that have little to no aftermarket tuneable ECU support, basically the opposite of Hondas.
I actually work for DIYAutoTune.com and wrote the Honda tech article there.
Like Paul said, Megasquirt is more common where there are fewer options for hacking the stock ECU, so on Hondas you can tune the stock ECU to accomplish many of the same things. It depends on what you need your tuning device to do, whether you want to just control fuel and timing curves (no problem with a hacked stock ECU) or add I/O that is tougher to support with a stock ECU (such as coil on plug control).
