Default Poor mans type r low low idle!!

I have a 1991 da with sir2 jdm b16a head (pretty much stock) on a gsr freshly rebuilt block, bored to 81.50 ctr pistons, 315 supra injectors, chipped ecu. Arp head studs.not tuned.
Problem is the car is idling around 200-500 rpms. I mean it's all but knocking off. If you drive it whenever you shift it will knock off. You must keep fluttering the gas pedal. It is also blowing a decent amount of white smoke!
I used a 81.00mm head gasket. Im thinking maybe head gasket. Any help would be very appreciated.

I had the same problem besides the smoke on my turbo y8 but it happened because my car was running so rich that it would actually flood and cut out.
