Here we go....I have a 97 delsol d16y8 ...its been running good ever since I bought it 2 years ago but now I'm having this wierd kick that I keep feeling on my clutch pedal....it also feels like it can be the axle....but I'm not sure......it does it mostly when I start off and when I'm slowing down..... the noise is like a "clack" noise....has this happen to any one b4? Any one can help me out......thanx in advance

 

is it making the noise when turning?? possilbe axle clicking?? are the axle boots riped open??

Not when I turn.... I haven't checked the boots....if its the clicking thing ur talking about...how can I fix dat?

 

Wow now its worst...it keeps on clacking all the time...b4 it used to do it once every block....now it does it all the time....help

 

He is referring to the cv axles.... does not seem like it's that tho. Is it hard to get into gear and does it grind sometimes?

 

Does the car jerk at all?

Does it only happen when you are engaging the clutch?

Any change in the clutch's clamping force?

A friend had a spring pop out of his clutch disk once...it had similar symptoms...
