I have a 2000 DX hatch and I'm trying to remove the passenger side airbag and I'm a little stuck. I removed the 3 bolts and the harness plug after removing the glove compartment but still can't seem to pry out the airbag from the top.

Any suggestions...? Thanks!!

 

just pry on it from the bottom it will come out, i just had to do it.

 

whaet do you mean pry it from the bottom? should i be pulling it out through where the glove compartment used to be?

really frustrating.. the windshield isn't giving me much clearance to work with either..

 

no, if you removed the three nuts you should be able to move the lower portion around a bit. i put a pry bar between the bar and the airbag and pryed it up, it popped out.
