What is the goal in 'getting rid of' these items? Splash shield, there's no reason to remove unless it gets damaged by something. Corner lamp removal sounds like a safety hazard unless I missed something.
If you want to reduce weight, pull all air conditioning accessories, maybe 40 pounds. This, however, just leaves you without air conditioning rather than making you quicker.

I personally do not have a splash shield, it was damaged by stuff. I just have fenderwell liners (one of which is damaged as well, heh), my motor does become dirty easily though. I Simple Green'd the transmission only 3-5K miles ago and it is already as dirty as the motor.

Sorry, I typed that semi-paragraph oddly, grouped things together poorly. I meant without the splash shield, not the fender liners, but I am not fond of being able to see my air filter through the passenger fender well, as well as headlight wiring and such. Makes me feel ... insecure.

I don't know about you, but that doesn't sound like a good reason to me. Do you just really want to do something to your car?
The splash guard is there to protect your engine bay. Remove it and things will start getting dirty.
Do you mean the actual turn signals or the little oval markers on the front bumper? Don't remove either. There's a few cars around here who don't have turn signals up front. It just looks like they were damaged or stolen. Some overseas bumpers come without the markers, but removing yours will only leave holes I believe.
Unless you're racing your car there is no need to start reducing weight. Like the other guy mentioned, removing your a/c will only leave you without a/c. A stock daily driver doesn't need to be .001 second faster in the quarter mile it will probably never run.
Find an owners manual and depending on what you want out of the car like performance wise then take out things you dont need
I dont think it was mentioned, but the splash shield also helps with aerodynamics. It channels air under the engine to increase highway mpg
