I just bought a 91 civic ex sedan wit a b16a but its automatic around how much does a conversion cost to make it a 5sp???...yea im a nooby...lol

 

didnt know they did auto b swaps....

 

I kno I didnt either but the car I just bought has a b16 its pretty quick for an auto!!!

 

the only thin i can suggest then would be to follow the d series auto-manual swap, is it running on obd1 or obd0? theres info in the faq, we just did one on a d series last month...

 

I did the auto-manual swap and its pretty much the same thing for a d or b. You need to be more specific though. Cable or Hydro?

I did the cable tranny auto/manual swap and i needed:

Manual pedal assembly
Clutch cable
Shift linkage (if you have a B you need custom linkage)
Shift assembly


Let me tell you switching out those pedal assemblies is a BITCH.

 

Its an obd0

 

im not sure i just bought the car so i dont kno if its cable or hydro

 

manual ecu, rear trans mount, wiring for the neutral safety switch and reverse lights...post pics...

Yeah i was sure there was crap i missed. I did it over like two years back when it was a summer project car. :D
