Default B20B timing question

I am swapping a B20B in to my car. I am wanting to change out the timing belt for obvious reasons and i had some issues. I had to use the LS crank pulley off my old motor because i didnt have a B20B crank pulley. I noticed that when i put the motor to TDC based on the crank pulley the cams gears were off. Naturally when i get the cam gears to line up the crank is off. My question is: Is the LS pulley and the B20b pulley the same. I know that they are different in diameter but are the timing marks the same comparative? I typically dont do newtopics because I am very fond of the search button and find my answer most of the time. I might just not be using the correct key words for it but i have resorted to this. Any help is help to me. Thanks.
