Default B16 crank pulley/timing question

I'm sure it's been covered before but everything I searched didn't give me sufficient enough answers.
I know that the b16 crank pulley is smaller than LS and gsr.
And I have a complicated question an I'll try to make as much sense as possible.

So let's say you run a b16 block with LS or gsr crank pulley and if you use the line/marks on the cam gears, crank pulley and timing belt cover to do your timing would that be accurate timing since the b16 pulley is smaller ?

Thanks.

pulley size doesn't change location of the marks.
