ebrake?

Icon6 ebrake?

so i bought the car a while ago and the ebrake doesnt work at all.
how do i go about tightening it? or should i replace the cable and how hard is that?
its a 91 hatch

remove the ebrake cover and tighten it with a 12mm wratchet. I have some set of DA ebrake cables if interested.

Replacing the cables isnt difficult at all. 2 bolts and a pin to remove the cable from the trailing arm and 3 12mm bolts holding down the cables down the trailing arm and frame.

Yes, if you look at the cover it has to tabs that can be removed. Remove the one towards the front of the car. And it should have the scres I believe. Check your pm's before you get flamed for suck a newbie question.
