Default What hondata setup do I need??

hey Im new to the hondata seen and i want buy the correct setup. I just had a turbonetics turbo installed and planning on running 10 pounds of boost on my 1990 vtec jdm16a1. I have bought a apexi vafc2 and would like to switch to a handata setup. But I have a jdm pr3 ecu and have converted it to obd1. But when I do research on the hondatas for the pr3 it seems like everything is going against me . I see the hondata website says the JDM pr3 connot be setup with the boost option but the US version will.
I see alot of p28 ecus with hondata setups all over ebay but will that combo work with my engine? It seems very popular. The people selling them claim it will work but the the hookups or plugins look different to me on the ECU

The P28 with hondata will run ANY B series combo you can come up with.

Just get a P28 ecu and have it prepped for Hondata. Since you have already converted to OBD1, you will be able to use the S300, S200 or what ever you choose.

Yes, just turn off vtec in the Hondata software. It would be cheaper to buy a non-vtec ecu though.
