Default chipping then hondata?

I have a P28 that I am chipping now, I also have a Hondata that needs a chip for my setup and then can be installed. The question is... can I convert the chipped P28 into a Hondata setup? there appear to be some extra resistors and what not that should be dealt with. Any thoughts?

Last time I talked to a hondata guy, he said that if the ECU was already chipped, then it just saves them the trouble of hacking the first chip out to attach the Hondata thing. So if you made it so you can swap chips in and out, you save hondata charging you to put the socket in
