cam guys - i need help

cam guys - i need help
i cant figure out what cams to use in my motor and i really just need someone to point at a set for me and ill buy them. here is the brake down...
the short block is all done. its a crvtec build with ross pistons that will make the compression ratio at 12.5.1 with a b16 head. im going to be using the endyne aftermarket cast head with supertech springs and retainers. i drive the car every day and am looking to make 220whp and 150tq at the wheels. skunk2, blox, jun, rocket.... just some help would awesome
