planing to boost my stock b16 with a REVhard stage 2 turbo kit.. now does anybody know what is a safe boost for a stock b16? 11.lbs 7.lbs

 

just get it tuned most will say around 300 hp and under is safe, best thing is talk to your tuner tell him you want a safe tune and see what he wants to push it too.

 

It depends on the fuel you plan to run, but for most pump gas, 300-325whp is generally the safe range although people have pushed well past that limit. If you have access to E85 or 110oct, you could push it harder, but i wouldnt get too crazy. If you read the FAQ at the top of the FI Forum, you can find more answers to your question
