Default precision 6076e turbo?

is the precision 6076e 60trim turbo a good turbo to run about 7-10 psi on a b18b1.... slight built motor stock compression ratio with crower turbo cams? not sure on when it will build boost completely.


basically any information would be grea

ummmm. what power are you trying to accomplish here? what is the purpose of the car? that's what will determine what area of turbos to use. Not just some concensus of people's opinions.

its the turbo that came with the kit... looking for 250-300whp....

just wondering how it fairs agianst other models? thats all

Even with a .48A/R, that is a terrible mismatch for an LS. Due to the lack of efficiency with an LS head, response will be laggy at best. what "kit" company did you purchase?

The 6076 comes with a larger exh. exducer than a 6031 does it not, Mac? (correct me if im wrong) If so, then yes, it will be pretty laggy for an LS application.

EDIT: If that kit came with an SC-5031, then you'd be golden with that power goal.

yes, that's true. but even the 6031 would be terrible for him.

its the revhard stage 2 kit. i am not running the FMU with it i am running a chiped p75 on crome. street tune by a friend til next week i am heading up to cincy. for an actual dyno tune.
