i have a Poor Mans Type-R im about to put in my 92 EG.
i want to know what Harness do i need?

you can use your civic harness. Just add the knock senor, and vtec wires to the ECU plugs. That's it. Most of the other plugs should fit depending on the year of the car/motor.

 

Depending on what year your motor is...OBD1 OR OBD2....??

Any 94-2001 GS-R Harness will work 98-01 Type-R Harness will work...but thats if you dont wanna do any wiring cause all 92 Civic's are already wired for Vtec Plug + Play !!!

But you can also use 92-95 Civic SI or Civic EX Harness which is also wired for Vtec..Really depends on what year your Motor is as in Distributer/Injectors...?? OBD1 OR OBD2 ...GS-R Harness is the easiest solution !
