Honda Gurus,

I have Honda Accord 1995 V6 it has Check Engine Light 'on' when I diagnosed 2 of its cylinders are miss firing when I pulled up Spark plug wires I see some Liquid like water or may be Oil in one of the Spark Plug my Emission Inspection is due next month and I need a favor from you guys to help me out in this matter so that I can pass Emission Test. Also please tell me which tools I need to replace or change anything with size or if you could please provide me diagram for this possible problem.
