itr suspenshion question

Default itr suspenshion question

hey this might be a rookie question but im stumped i was wondering if the struts from an jdm 1990 Civic EF9would fit on my itr im told it will and that it wouldnt but i figured id ask the experts in the honda world. and im a new member to the family here is a pick of my car ! any ways thx for the help

You might get a quicker answer in the EF/CRX Forum. It's more likely that a CRX guy would want ITR dampers than an ITR guy would want CRX dampers.

Car Is Gorgeous....just need to get rid of those mirrirs....and to answer you question to use EF suspension, you will need to ditch your ITR Rear control arms and use an aftermarket one like the gsr/ls/92-95 civic style control arm. And if your using EF suspension i hope there nice 1-Piece's not anything bootleg.

haha mirrors are gone already and the white paint in the vents on the front bumper bug me but its winter therfore to cold to work on it. but the suspenshion from the ef9 is some zeal coils that are adjustable so but ive be told by some folks that the jdm version of the ef9 has the same rear control arms ? but thx for the intell

There is a set of rebuilt zeal coils in the Feb for sale thread at the top of this forum for an ITR.

i went and picked them up today 300 bucks for the same as the ones on here is a good bargan id say lol and they fit

well the guy i bought the coils from has a rhd 89 civic sir and they have the same rear control arms
but here are a couple pics of my car i might start a build thread but i havent got anywere to work on it till its warmer than i can do the driveway thing lol
