Default itr susp. on ef

just wondering if anybody here has done this. Also wondering how hard this would be? and what kind of modifications would have to be done if any.

I believe the front's will go right in, for the back, however you will need to get ITR lower control arms because the strut sits on/inside the control arm and is slightly shorter than an EG's, EK's or EF's (in your case) due to it being slightly lower and stiffer suspension.

You might want to reconsider, though because the ITR's weigh about 2500-2600 lbs, and your ef weighs max 2200 lbs, so if you were to drive around with itr suspension, you'd definitely be 4x4ing everywhere.

the rear is the one that will fit fine, no need for a itr lca for the rear in the EF. the front, might need the itr or gsr tie rod. there's a lot of topic about this, do a search.
