Turbos that have the oil and coolant lines use the water for cooling the core in applications where people don't use a turbo timer or do a proper cool down after driving hard.

if you have a new turbo and want to keep the warranty on it then you have to water cool it or Garret will not warranty it.

You can build the water lines youself, all you need to do is go to a performance shop and find the proper sized fittings and water lines to run to the turbo. I got my water coolant lines from Peakboost when I got my turbo kit but they are easy to make yourself.

Contact http://www.atpturbo.com. Check their GT Ball-bearing parts area of the catalog.

Running the GT30R w/o water is a dangerous risk in the long run. It is not by any means endorsed or recommended.

ya, say **** the coolant lines, drive it for a few weeks (if your lucky) then congrats! you learned how to fry a turbo =]

what im trying to say is, if there is a spot for coolant/oil lines. they are most likely there for a reason. dint take the easy way. its usually the more expensive way in the long run.
