First- This is a type r forum and some guys are very **** about it. But not me.
second it's vtec not vect.
You just answer your question. Leaking oil. Where from the head is it leaking from? Is it black or blue smoke? head gasket leaking? Maybe valve seals are bad. Is it a chipped ecu?

Check compression. Blue and white. Seems like oil and to lean or water. Try a leakdown test.

I had something like this happen before. I had three head bolts stripped my block and it smoke and leak oil.
Compression came out find because it only burn oil and water when I push it hard. Why? because the head was lifting off my block, when there was a lot of pressure. It stripped because my car over heated once.
It's an aluminum block and the head bolt is a high grade steel. Aluminum doesn't conduct heat so the stud (steel- conducts heat) get all the heat and it expand and stripped my block.

So compression might check out fine, because their is not enough pressure to lift the head. But when you floor it, smokes and leaks oil.

I mean it can be number of different things.

Leakdown test. I Never done it, but it wouldn't hurt if you try.
