A'pexi VAFC problem -no vtec
I just finished installing a VAFC i bought. Everything is operational, I double checked all the wiring. Everything seems ok, but I just took it out for a test drive and Vtec is not activating. I messed with the VAFC and got it show VTi and VTo, VTo is activating, but VTi is not. What could the problem be? The sensors are set to 6 6, is that what they are supposed to be set too? Help me...

You must have lowered your VTEC engagement point.
What makes you think it's not engaging?
I . I used to havhave my crossover set to 5200rpme a fields controller hooked up with upped vtec crossover, and with vtec set at 5200rpm in a GSR you can hear and feel when vtec kicks in. With the VAFC I don't hear or feel vtec kick in at all.
quick test.
reinitialize the VAFC. its an option.
proceed to set vtec engagement point to be 6400-6500.
proceed to hit the rev limiter. if you feel a sudden kick, thats vtec
