Default D14A4 Head problem

I need new head for my D14A4. Is it possible to use any other head without ECU programming? I got good offer for D15B7 head, can i use that?

D15B7 head should work fine, but the third hole on the power steering bracket may not bolt directly to the head, so you might have to leave that hole without a bolt. The other two bolts on the power steering bracket should be sufficient enough to hold your pump though (I've done it numerous times using D15B7 head on D16A6 blocks, it's the same scenario).

Im going to dump power steering anyway so that doesnt matter.

But are combustion chambers same on D14 and D15 heads? Im considered about air-fuel ratio.

The heads are the same, even the sleeves and pistons are the same as well. The difference between the two engines is the crankshaft and connecting rods, but everything else is the same motorwise (intake/exhaust manifolds are also completely different, but that doesn't matter)
