Need your advice on wheels.
Ok I need your guys advice. I have a 2006 RSX Base that only has 12k miles on it. As you would prob guess the car still looks like new. The thing is that I accidentally curbed one of the wheels last weekend. It is not very bad at all but I would really like to keep it looking like new for now.
I called a local professional wheel repair shop and they quoted me $150 but I am a little concerned about the quality of the new wheel finish. Does anyone know if the finish they use to repair wheels with is as durable/corrosion resistant as the OEM finish?
The other option is to try and find a used one in as good of condition or buy a brand new one.
I would really like to do the wheel repair shop but I am just afraid that the finish will not last. Please let me know what you guys have found.

What I would suggest is see if you can find another wheel first in good enough condition if you can't then going get it repaired... I had a wheel repaired once and I didn't have any complaints...
you can probably find some base model wheels on craiglist for cheap, i see a lot of them go for $250 , 4 wheels with tires. I wouldn't pay 150 to fix the wheels.
**** here on the home page of clubrsx you can get type s wheels for 70 bucks a piecei can imagine why you cant find a base one for that cheap, or just upgrade to type s wheels.
