i noticed that my heater in my car does not work anymore. i took it to a mechanic shop where my buddie works and tested it with a volt meter. blower motor seems to be putting out amps that it needs to, and they are assuming that it might be the contol switch on the dash. please help

no nothing works, fan doesnt make noise anymore.

 

may b switch on dash a loose wire.my 91 heater will work sometimes usually when i hit a bump

 

hahaha nice, my does not work at all no matter what. when we took it apart, there were no wires loose(i wish that was the problem.

 

If ur blowers getting power but not running than id say ur blower motor is bad

 

so then i should just get a new blower motor

 

That would be the first thing I would replace.
