It's a 89 Prelude SI.
Battery was just replaced (2 days old)

The fan control won't work in none of the positions.
The light on the controls work and the radio works as well (aftermarket radio).

When i change defrost, floor heat, front heat, etc...there is some noise for about 1 or 2 seconds and it stops.

I want to test the blower to see if it works or if its shot but i don't know where its located. Where is it located?

Well when you turn it on, do you hear the blower motor working? If you do than your blower is good (it's usually located on the passenger side under dash) Ok, if it works than is probably your blend doors, or your switches that don't work. And if you don't hear your blower motor working than it's your blower motor.

 

problem solved. I took it out , opened it up and cleaned it inside, sanded down all the contacts and it works like new. The 1, and 2 position switch doesnt work tho, only 3 and 4 work but i think that is a resistor problem.

Where are the resistors?
