anyone here running ITB's? im helping out my buddy that wants them for his Si. really dont know much about itb's so any info would be great.

 

IMO ITB's are mostly for the "cool" factor if you're just a regular Joe Blow. I believe that unless you have some insane build that requires them to make the best of the motor, don't do it. They will cause you problems. Other people may tell you differently, just do yourself a favor and do your research.
