I jus bought a eg from a buddy for the low low but it has some wiring **** ups.1, the car has a FORD yes I said FORD security system in it and when you unplug it from the harnesses it kills the juice to my starter and 2, when I hit my brakes without the lights on at nite the cluster and my tag and climate control lights flicker helpp! Any input is appreciated

 

take off the ford security system and see if that fixes ur cluster problems

 

yeah had that problem too but i didn't have a ford security. cause when i took out my alarm everything went normal just make sure you connect all the splice wires right. just do what ekb16 said take out the ford security.

 

I've seen damaged brake bulb filaments short to the tail light circuit. Check all your bulbs.
