ok, i noticed today when starting my car COLD, its has a small bouncy idle between 1,000 and 1,250 its goes up and down preeety quick, now this is onyl when cold because if i let idle for oh 15 minutes and reached temp, then it idles fine, it was doing this litely few days ago but today it got worse, new engine has 220 miles on it and all re done and cleaned, what could it be ??

Probably your IACV. Try cleaning it.

i installed a new one about 200 miles ago, (NEW ENGINE)

 

hmm, possibly a vacuum leak? I had the same problem and it was the IACV so I dont have any other ideas, hopepully someone else can chime in.

 

it goes away in 5 minutes , it only happens when the car is cold, once temps reach a bit its good, so its not vacum right ?

I had a bouncy idle and what fixed it was replacing the throttle body gasket.
