Car Cranks over but wont start
i have a 92 civic hatchback, with a d15b motor, the car cranks over but wont start. it all started when i was driving 2 blocks down my house, at a stop my car just dies. i tried re starting it no luck, so i pushed my car to the side, popped my hood check if it was a battery problem, battery seems to b running fine. Alternator belt still moves when i try starting, my pistons still moving. when i crank i can hear it almost start but its just not goin all the way, i know its gettin juice tho.
Are you getting fuel and spark? Could be your main relay gone bad not allowing your fuel pump to come on. If your getting both, could be fouled plugs? There like a $1 something a piece for some NGKs and easy enough to change and would cause your car just to keep cranking and maybe sputter like it's trying to start every once and a while. Just a couple things to check.
