car wont start, but started yesterday

yesterday i timed the valves and set everything up, charged the battery awhile and it started. I woke up today tried starting it, it wont so i charge the battery, and 4 hours of switching the ignition timing and all that it still wont start. does anybody have any idea why it wont start today but it did yesterday

Check to see if you are getting spark and/or fuel.

Is it turning over and just not catching, or is it not even turning over?

Main Fuse? also,like they said above, make sure your getting fuel and spark. Check timming with timming light also. AND recheck your electrial Connection.
