Default Timing retard question

Hi, I just wanted to ask if I have to retard the timing on my H22 if I'm using Crower stage 2 camshafts? Compression is about 11:5.1 as well. I just want it to be driveable while I break in the motor since it barely got built. I'm asking because it idles for about two seconds and then dies.

It probably won't idle because a stock ecu will not run a setup like that. The p13 is lean anyways. Let alone more compression and cams and such

I have a p28 mapped with H22, so should I get it chipped? I'm not planning to tune the car until its broken in.
